What Are We Doing? How many times can you and your unified partner hit a target?

Where Should We Do It? Driveway

What Do We Need? hockey stick, puck/ball/rolled socks, hockey net or surface you can shoot the puck/ball at, piece of paper, tape

How Should We Set Up? Tape the piece of paper to the middle of your crossbar. If you don’t have a net, tape the piece of paper to a wall you are allowed to shoot against approximately 4 feet from the ground (4 lengths of printer paper). Measure 10 feet from the target, or 4 BIG steps, and mark a shooting line.

How Do We Do It?

1) From the shooting line take 10 forehand shots- keep track of how many times you hit the target

2) From the shooting line take 10 backhand shots- keep track of how many times you hit the target

3) Now it’s your unified partner’s turn! Have them complete steps above

Scoring: Combine the total number of times you and your unified partner hit the target. Athlete forehand shots 6 + Athlete backhand shots 4 + Unified Partner forehand shots 5 + Unified Partner backhand shots 4= 19
