Where Inclusion Starts: Unified Champion Schools
The School Championships are powered by Special Olympics Ontario’s Unified Champion Schools (UCS) program — a movement that empowers students to create more inclusive school communities.
Through sport, youth leadership, and whole-school engagement, UCS programs break down barriers and build a culture of belonging. Students with and without intellectual disabilities come together as teammates, leaders, and changemakers — transforming their schools from the inside out.
The School Championships are the ultimate celebration of this movement — where the spirit of inclusion, friendship, and teamwork comes to life on and off the field.

Special Olympics Ontario Unified Champion School Programs and School Championships is made possible thanks to funding provided by the Government of Ontario.
