BUS:What you will be provided:
Confirmed pickup time and location.

You should have received your pick-up time and spot. Your role is to ensure your team is ready to load the bus at the time of
What your role is:
To ensure your team members are at the pickup point for the designated time.
To know your roster of passengers. Bus drivers will not count passengers, they will confirm with the lead educator at each sport.
If you are on a long bus ride you should bring snacks. There will be stops along the way, so you will know best what your athletes need.

TRAIN:What you will be provided:
Train departure time and route #.
A lead educator has been assigned at each departure station. They will collect the tickets for all passengers and coordinate with other educators to get them their correct tickets.
What your role is:
To ensure your team members are at the station for the designated time.
You should be at your designated station at least 45min prior to your departure time.
To know your roster of passengers and ensure you have a ticket for them.
They do not accept cash on board – only debit, credit or VIA gift card (which can be purchased at a staffed VIA station prior to boarding if needed)

PLANE:What you will be provided:
E-tickets and itineraries.
What your role is:
To ensure your team members are at the airport for the designated time and have the appropriate ID.
You should be at your designated station at least 60min prior to your departure time.
To know your roster of passengers and ensure they get checked in.
